Getting real with yourself means you learn to respond, not react, to what’s happening in your life. You discover how to determine your values, the nature of your relationships, and your given circumstances without judgment or shame.

You can determine the elements that make up your life so you become empowered to change what’s not working for you. You can create the work/life balance you have dreamed of and release behaviors that no longer serve you. You can show up in your relationships as your best self and be impactful professionally and personally in accordance with your highest good with harm to none.


I offer a 5-step approach to assist you to get real.

Step 1: Investigation

Integrative Studio can assist you in first investigating your current way of being. We will pin down what has made you feel stuck in your life.

Step 2: Identification

You’ll identify the patterns that are creating your manner of being. We’ll get to the bottom of what’s holding you back so you can release it. We’ll explore a range of explorations to create a dynamic toolkit of ways to connect with yourself so you feel present.

Step 3: Integration

You’ll integrate the various skills you have developed in getting to know yourself deeply into your everyday communications.  I’ll teach you how to work without judgment or criticism of yourself so you can release old habits that have been holding you in the past. It’s time to become present and create the YOU you are meant to be. You’ll learn how to be directly kind and practice kind directness to change your life.

Step 4: Investment

You’ll invest your awareness and dedication to your self-betterment through regular homework and self-reflection. You’ll notice old ways of being that no longer serve you as you step into the new skills more readily. You may come up against energetic hurdles and feel tempted to go back to your old, easy ways. Stay the course! Your path of self-study and transformation will see you through so you can feel enlivened and connected with the world.

Step 5:  Illumination

You’ll feel illuminated as you express yourself in a variety of ways that honor your unique self. Your ways of expressing yourself adequately reflect YOU! 

You’ll be more balanced in your emotions, more productive in your everyday workflow.

 

What is Embodied Voice?

Think of embodied voice as “yoga for the voice.”

The word “yoga” means to “yoke” or “unite” body, mind, and spirit so the flutterings of the mind comes to stillness. Simply put, you are present. The series of postures and breathing practices you move through in a yoga class work to bring you to this oneness. In the same way, you can find this state of presence through feeling your voice in everyday expression. Just as you return to a yoga class on a weekly basis to get more in tune with a state of presence, you tend to your voice practice on a daily basis with awareness of what you feel happening in your mouth as well as emotionally when you speak. Your voice get stronger, your articulation gets clearer, and you feel an overall warmth and richness with your voice that feels so good!

You develop your voice and speech in a way that empowers you because it includes your emotions, your breath, your Spirit—YOU. It’s all you.
