Did you once know a healthy life, but now that you are in a new role, you feel burned out? Do you want to communicate your needs for health and balance without feeling fake or pushy during this new transition in your life?
Your time is now.
Become mindful and present as a parent or caregiver to a family member. Feel empowered and confident. Through the workings and teachings of Bodyvoice (also known as embodied voice work), the art of Yoga, and embodied actor training, discover how your bodyvoice is an integral aspect of your entire being.
I’m taking these practices out of the performance studio and bringing them to caregivers working to recapture their genuine sense of self. When you find your true voice, you also develop your spiritual, physical, and emotional self. You can show up better for your family. You can avoid losing yourself in a new role at work or in your community by remaining service-oriented toward those who matter most. Together, let’s explore the depths of your self-expression, ensuring that your voice and body resonate in unison and reflect the most genuine you.

The Process
STEP 1: INVESTIGATION
I’ll teach you how to look within to discover how you show up in the world. Let’s explore your communication style, habits, and mental focus.
STEP 2: IDENTIFICATION
I’ll teach you how to identify the obstacles holding you back from showing up brightly. Once you see them, you’ll learn the tools to move forward.
STEP 3: INTEGRATION
I’ll teach you the tools and practices to integrate healthy habits and mindset shifts into your everyday life. You’ll discover that gaining clarity does not have to be a vast overhaul of your lifestyle but comes through manageable daily actions using inner-felt resources you’ve had all along but perhaps did not know how to use or optimize.
STEP 4: INVESTMENT
I’ll teach you how to invest your energy into a system for daily life so you don’t get stuck or cluttered again. You’ll feel energized and competent in your self-care and boundary-setting.
STEP 5: ILLUMINATION
I’ll teach you how to recognize your inner light, illuminating your path of certainty. You’ll hone and sharpen your intuition so it becomes your inner compass as you become your highest good in all ways.
